Do I have to apply for issuing my documents at the Examinations Office?
If your final achievement is the presentation, you do not need to do anything. If your final achievement is not the thesis presentation, please inform the Examinations Office as soon as the grade has been entered, as we are not informed by the system when the 180 points (Bachelor) or 120 points (Master) have been achieved.
The final documents have to be signed by the head of the Board of Examiners and the dean. This can take up to four weeks.
How will I be informed when my documents are ready to be sent?
The Examination Office sends you a mail when your documents are ready for dispatch.
