Examin registration Instruction

Log in with your "Benutzerkennung" and "Passwort" from the "Rechenzentrum" on the following site https://verwaltung.uni-freiburg.de/qis .
If you have problems with the log in, click on "Help" or contact the " Rechenzentrum".

Click ‘Apply for exams’in the navigation bar.

You will be asked to confirm that you want to register. Details regarding the exams, such as the examiner and date of exam, are also included on this page.
In the Bachelor's programme some undergraduate exams also count as partial exams of an orientation exam. In this case, you will be asked if the exam counts as part of an orientation exam. Please tick this box to select this option.

After clicking ‘ja’ (yes) to confirm the ‘Application for exams ’, the following screen will appear:

If you want to register for further exams, click ‘Apply for further exams’ and repeat the same steps as above.

Before logging out, please check that you have registered for the correct exams by viewing the ‘Form’ (Academic Transcript).

Save the ‘Academic Transcript’ and print it before your first exam. Take the transcript with you to each exam. Should your name not be on the attendance list for any reason, your academic transcript is proof that you registered for exams according to procedure.

If you want to cancel an exam during the registration period, you can click on the registration tree, select the exams you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel registration’.
