Examinations
Each module has a mandatory examination, according to the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder of the Federal Republic of Germany (KMK). Module exams can be oral or written exams, written papers, or they may be administered in another form.
Registering for examinations
Students must register for all exams before the deadline using the HISQIS online registration system.

Examinations
The Board of Examiners will determine which form of examination will be issued and will announce exams in the examination timetable. Additional materials which are allowed in exams are announced on the examiner’s webpage before the exam.
Withdrawing from exams and disagreeing with results
Students can file an official withdrawal from an exam (for example due to illness) within three days after the exam date.
