Research Cluster
The Departments of the Faculty of Engineering participate in numerous research programmes which span across different disciplines, fields of research, institutes and faculties. Those programmes are financed by various sources. On the following pages we will tell you more about the Collaborative Research Centres and research projects within the framework of the Excellence Initiative by the Federal and State Governments.
We also provide opportunities to young researchers in the form of two Research Training Groups in Embedded Microsystems and Micro Energy Harvesting.
